Amaro Mele (Mele meaning Apples in Italian) is a high proof rabarbaro-style Amaro distilled from a base of 100% Washington-grown apples. Macerated with Chinese rhubarb root, cocoa nibs, and whole bean coffee direct in a once used Bourbon barrel and aged for up to 18 months. The resulting Amaro has a bold, smoky, and intensely bitter character that is finished with raw Washington-harvested honey for a hint of balancing sweetness.
