TASTE PROFILE A cherry red color with high intensity gleams through the glass. An array of black and red fruit aromas are the dominance of the nose & a fresh, well-structured, and round palate that mimics the nose in flavor leads to a nice, balanced finish.
STYLE OF VINTAGE 2018 brought adverse weather, but the crops were still manageable. Temperatures were just nice enough, without becoming excessive, to provide for a nice harvest. More complete ripening of the grapes was had.
FOOD PAIRINGS A nice addition to a cheeseburger or even when you just need an enjoyable glass of red wine!
