ORDER FAQs

How do I place an order?

All orders for wine, beer, spirits and more can be placed directly on highspiritsliquor.com. Interested in placing a bulk order for an event? Give us a call at (360) 598-2200 for more information.

How do I set up an account?

Simply visit the create account/log in button on the top right hand corner of your screen, above the site menu and search bar.

Once you click create account, you'll be prompted to enter your user name and other information for your account.

How do I retrieve my order?

We ship orders to the following states Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada (Wine only), South Carolina, Washington, Washington DC.

We also offer same-day local delivery and pick up at our store located at 19225 8th Ave NE, Suite 100 Poulsbo, WA 98370 United States

We are located on 8th avenue, just off Highway 305 in Poulsbo, directly across the highway from Safeway.

LOCAL DELIVERY FAQs

How does local delivery work? Is there a local delivery fee?

We offer local delivery starting at $5 per order. In accordance with state and federal law, we require that someone 21 or older is available to sign for and receive the products. By placing an order for delivery, you are attesting that you (the purchaser) and the signor (if someone else) are both at least 21 years old, and are ordering the products for your own personal consumption.

Are there delivery guidelines I should know about?

We will not deliver to any apparently intoxicated persons, nor to anyone suspected of providing alcohol to minors.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you are not home for a scheduled delivery, and we have to make a second delivery attempt, we will assess a fee of at least $20 to your order.

DELIVERY + SHIPPING FAQs

Where do you not deliver/ship alcohol to?

Due to state laws we are NOT allowed to ship spirits to the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Do you ship internationally?

We cannot ship internationally, to PO Boxes or to AE and APO boxes.

What happens after I place my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will be sent to a confirmation page that will include your order number as well as a tracking link. You will receive a text when the driver marks your order as en route, and a call or text alert when the driver has arrived.

Will someone 21 or older need to sign for the package?

Adult signature (21+) is required, FedEx will not deliver unless someone is there to sign for it. If no one is around to sign, FedEx will make 2 more attempts before they return the package to us. We cannot tell FedEx to “Hold at Facility”, but you can. If you know that you are not going to be around when FedEx is scheduled to deliver, we encourage you to log into the FedEx website and request they hold your package. You can then go pick it up at your convenience. High Spirits will not refund purchases if the product is damaged after the first delivery attempt or if it is returned to us by FedEx.

What happens if I give the wrong address?

Customers are responsible for providing a valid physical address, including a phone number where someone 21+ can sign for a package. 

Please remember to double check your addresses before submitting your order. High Spirits / Kitsap Logistics will not be held responsible for delays in orders or returned shipments due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses that have been provided by the customer.

SHIPPING FAQs

What happens after I place my order to be shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email after placing your order. Then, we'll process, pack and prepare your order for delivery.

How will I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order ships, which will include a tracking number. If you are having trouble with tracking your order, please feel free to give us a call and we will help you contact FedEx.

Can High Spirits Liquor guarantee delivery dates and times?

There are a few reasons why FedEx might experience delivery delays; Storms, hurricanes, wildfires, to name a few. Due to the fact that there are forces of nature out there that we cannot control, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order is out of our hands. We can guarantee that your order will ship out on time from our facility in accordance with our shipping schedule posted here.

All shipping is provided by our third party shipping provider, Kitsap Logistics. High Spirits assumes no responsibility for any compliance, we have made our best effort to follow all laws and regulations set by the States that we ship to.

We ship alcohol, so we are only allowed to use FedEx. We cannot use UPS or the US Mail.

What happens if I need to make a return?

In the event we make a mistake, you are shipped the wrong bottle, or there is some other issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. In some cases, our ability to process a return may be limited by the manufacturer or state law.

I want to gift someone High Spirits Liquor, is there anything specific I should know first?

We love receiving gifts and surprises as much as anyone, but we strongly encourage you to notify the recipient of the shipment, in order to prevent delays in the product arrival. Let us know if you would like us to include a gift message (at no additional charge) so that the recipient knows where the delicious gift came from.

How do I get in contact with High Spirits Liquor?

If you notice that there is an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling: (360) 598-2200. We will do our best to try and fix the error before your order is shipped out. We’re happy to make recommendations or help you source a particular product, just give us a call.

What is your weekly shipping schedule?

FedEx Ground, Express and 2-Day Shipping:
