1. All pre-order sales are final. No refunds will be issued once your order is placed.
2. If you need to cancel your pre-order for any reason, your payment will be refunded as in-store credit only and added to your customer account in Sante.
3. We kindly ask that all pre-sale orders be picked up within 30 days of us receiving the product in-store, unless prior arrangements have been made. Bottles not picked up within 30 days may be subject to staff consumption.
