The 25-year-old whisky from The Dalmore is created using a distinctive cask finish that sets it apart. After maturing in American white oak, the whisky is carefully divided into rare hand-selected sherry butts, aged for multiple years and made from sweet Palomino Fino grapes, as well as first-fill whiskey barrels from 1980. These exceptional whiskies are then skillfully blended together in whiskey barrels before undergoing a final transfer to Tawny Port pipes from Portugal, resulting in an unparalleled finishing touch.
