What makes Japanese whiskey so special? Inspired by scotch, smoother and more delicate Japanese whiskey is considered one of the most unique types of whiskies in the world. Nobushi Japanese Whiskey is crafted from select whiskies distilled in the Miyagi and Nagano prefectures. To craft this blend, the two whiskies are mixed together and aged for 4 years in American oak casts in the village of Kiyokawa, situated near Tokyo.

The Nobushi are an order of elite warrior samurai descendants who have preserved teachings and wisdom handed down to them for generations.

Nobushi Japanese Whiskey The Beast Cocktail Recipe

• ¼ cup of Nobushi Japanese Whiskey
• 2 cubes of sugar
• 4 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 1 lemon wheel
• 1 lime wheel
• 1 orange wheel
• 1 cocktail cherry
• 1/2 teaspoon Grenadine syrup
• A splash of ginger ale

1. Place your sugar cubes in a glass then add citrus wheels, cherry, and grenadine.
2. Smash the contents just enough to release the juices and oils.
3. Grab a little whisky and ice cubes, add, then stir.
4. Top up with ginger ale or club soda.

Nobushi Japanese Whiskey The Smash Cocktail Recipe

• ¼ cup of Nobushi Japanese Whiskey
• 7 mint leaves
• ½ lemon
• 1 teaspoon of syrup
• crushed Ice

1. Mash 7 fresh mint leaves, half a lemon, and 1 teaspoon of syrup in a 16 oz. glass or cocktail mixer.
2. Mix well, then add ¼ cup of Nobushi Japanese Whiskey.
3. Pour in a glass, add crushed ice, stir, and then add a little more crushed ice.
4. Top fresh mint sprigs to finish.
